When we started out with this logo design a big oak tree with sentimental significance was the focus. However, after we started it was clear that including a tree in the logo made it look like it was a landscaping or tree trimming service instead of the construction company that North Fork Services is. To avoid confusion, the tree idea was scrapped and this logo, based on a saw blade, was born.
That is the beauty of a custom logo. Exploring ideas, trying things, and ending up with a well-thought-out, unique logo of your own.
